20Day 1: Hanoi
Welcome to Hanoi, Capital of Vietnam with well-preserved colonial buildings, ancient pagodas and a multi-cultural community.
On arrival you will you will be transferred to your hotel. Check in to hotel and get freshen up. Later we will explore the gems of city with city tour.
Visit Tran Quoc Pagoda, oldest in Hanoi dating back to 6th century.
Later proceed to see the Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum and One Pillar Pagoda. Mausoleum is resting place of Vietnamese Revolutionary leader & President Ho Chi Minh.
Visit the first university of Vietnam and the place dedicating to Confucian - Temple of Literature, superb example of traditional-style Vietnamese architecture.
Later experience the life of locals like a local by Cyclo tour as you take a stop at Ngoc Son temple, located on a serene Hoan Kiem Lake.
Day 2: Hanoi – Ha Long Bay
Today, post breakfast, proceed to Ha Long Bay, a beautiful natural wonder, dotted with limestone islands and declared as a UNESCO World Heritage Site. The drive takes you through Red River delta with beautiful paddy fields and mountains around.
On arrival in Halong, we will take a cruise to explore the beauty as we sail among the numerous limestone karsts rising from the emerald water.
We will take a stop at Sung Sot Cave or Surprising Grotto as it is called is is one of the biggest, most beautiful caves in Ha Long Bay.
You will get to discover various islets, beaches, villages, and grottoes on a more relaxed pace.
Enjoy a delicious lunch and dinner onboard as you will stay overnight on cruise.
Day 3: Ha Long Bay - Hanoi
Wake up with a pleasant morning on bay and have a sunbath and relax.
After taking lunch on board we will proceed for Hanoi.
You will be transferred to your hotel and rest of the time is yours at leisure.
Day 4: Hanoi – Da Nang (By Flight)
Continue your journey to Da Nang today as you will be transferred to airport.
On arrival check into hotel and later proceed for a scenic cable car ride to the top of Ba Na Hills.
See the Golden Bridge, a harmonious blend of groundbreaking architecture and spectacular nature.
Take a stroll around the bridge as there are many recreational activities to explore.
Return to Da Nang and rest of the time is yours at leisure.
You can witness the life of locals and visit Dragon Bridge glimmering in evening lights.
Day 5: Da Nang – Ho Chi Minh City (By Flight)
Fly to Ho Chi Minh City today after breakfast. It is Vietnam’s biggest city and business capital with classic French architecture to perfectly maintained American war planes.
On arrival, check into hotel and freshen up.
Later proceed to see the large underground network of tunnel – Cu Chi tunnels which played an important part in various wars and hideout base for Vietnam during war against America. Learn how the Viet Cong survived the war and find yourself in awe of the subterranean village they built.
Evening is free at leisure. You can stroll around the city and see the modern age developments of the city.
Day 6: Ho Chi Minh City
Today we will explore the beautiful city with a half day city tour. We will visit Reunification Palace, also known as Independence Palace. It has lush gardens, secret rooms, antique furniture, and a command bunker.
Later visit War Remnants Museum, a shocking reminder of the long and brutal Vietnam War. The weapons used by American troops against the Vietnamese and photographs between 1945 and 1975 are on display. Take a photo stop at splendorous Notre Dame Cathedral, built in the late 1880s by French colonists and Saigon Post Office, a perfectly preserved remnant of French Colonial times. Both buildings offer visitors a chance to imagine life in Vietnam during the times of the Indochinese Empire.
After this beautiful exploration, you can explore the beautiful city on your own.
Visit Binh Tay Market that offers extensive range of fresh fruits, vegetables, poultry, meat and seafood from regions across Vietnam to assortment of handicrafts, lacquer ware, and textiles. Indulge in shopping and observe the life of local people unfolding around you.
Day 7: Ho Chi Minh City
It’s time to get ready for your return journey.
You will be transferred to the airport after breakfast.
