If guest cancels the tour:

  • Duri Holidays do not operate on a fixed departure basis. The transfer of the tour to the next tour is not possible as we don’t do fixed-date departures. Thus, if a guest cancels the tour, the cancellation charges have to be borne by them, which depends on how many days before the guest cancels the tour.
  • Duri Holidays is not entitled to give any details/bifurcation of cancellation charges.
  • If the guest leaves/terminates the tour for any personal reason/personal loss, no refund will be applicable. However, Duri Holidays, out of courtesy, will assist the guest in making arrangements for the return journey, and the expenses have to be borne by the guest only.
  • Duri Holidays is not entitled to refund/compensate for any additional expenses the guest made individually for any services.

Tour cancellation due to Force Majeure conditions:

  • Duri Holidays reserves the right to reschedule or cancel the tour due to force majeure conditions such as earthquake, lightning, heavy rainfall/snowfall, hurricane, snowstorm, landslides, terrorist attacks, riots, strikes, government restrictions, and any other man-made/natural crisis for the safety of guests.
  • On cancellation of the tour in these conditions, no refund, fully or partially, will be applicable to any guest.
  • The guest will not get any interest on the booking amount paid by them.
  • Duri Holidays is not entitled to refund/compensate for any additional expenses the guest made individually for any services.

Tour cancellation due to change in airline/railway/cruise schedule:

  • If by any chance the flight/railway/cruise is rescheduled or canceled, the guest is not entitled to get any refund/compensation.
  • The guest can opt for rescheduling the tour as such factors are beyond our reach.
  • Duri Holidays is not entitled to refund/compensate for any additional expenses the guest made individually for any services.

Tour cancellation due to Visa/Immigration rejection:

  • If a guest’s visa gets rejected due to any reason, the guest will not be considered for the tour.
  • The guest should check the details on the visa and should verify details such as name on the passport and visa. If, by any chance, due to a mistake, the immigration office rejects entry for a guest to a country, Duri Holidays is not responsible for any loss/refund/compensation.
  • If the immigration authorities deny entry to a guest due to reasons such as a criminal record, forging of documents, illegal entry/extension of stay in the country, smuggling of illegal/banned items, Duri Holidays will not be responsible for the same. Any legal/personal assistance will not be provided to the guest in such a scenario.
  • The visa rejection date will be considered as the tour cancellation date, and the refund will be applicable accordingly.

No Show:

  • If a guest fails to join the tour on the day of departure or the first day of the tour with/without any intimation, it is termed a no-show, and the guest will not get any refund.
  • In such cases, 100% cancellation charge will be applicable.

Tour Extension:

  • If a tour is extended beyond the itinerary due to circumstances such as force majeure conditions like train/flight/cruise cancellation or delay, earthquake, lightning, heavy rainfall/snowfall, hurricane, snowstorm, landslides, terrorist attacks, riots, strikes, government restrictions, and any other man-made/natural crisis, Duri Holidays is not entitled to pay any extra charges incurred.
  • The extension of service charges will be collected directly from the guests traveling, and the final decision regarding the charges and arrangements will be made by Duri Holidays.
  • In such scenarios, guests will abide by the decisions taken by the tour manager and are expected to assist him for the safety of other guests.

Discontinuation of a Guest from the Tour:

  • Duri Holidays reserves the right to discontinue a guest from the tour if they create a nuisance, misbehave with the tour manager/co-passengers/drivers/hotel managers or staff/local citizens.
  • In such cases, the guest will not receive any refund from Duri Holidays.

Cancellation Policy:

  • Cancellation charges will be calculated on the gross tour cost, and the charges shall depend on the date of departure and the date of cancellation.
  • Cancellation charges for any type of transport ticket are applicable as per the rules of the concerned authority.
  • Air tickets issued on special fares are NON-REFUNDABLE, and the guest shall bear cancellation charges.
  • Any refund payable to the guest will be processed after the company receives the refund from the respective authorities. The company deducts processing charges from the refund to be paid to the guest.

The standard cancellation charges are stated as below:

45 days or more prior to the departure of the Tour or for 'non-payment' of the Balance amount 50% of the tour amount
44 to 16 days prior to the departure of the Tour 75% of the tour amount
15 to 08 day prior to the departure of the Tour 90% of the tour amount
07 day prior to the departure of the Tour or in case you are a "No Show" on Tour Cost 100% of the tour amount
