Itinerary

  • Welcome to Amritsar - the spiritual and cultural centre of the Sikh religion. We will begin the exploration of this Holy City, by visiting
  • Harmandir Sahib, very popularly known as the ‘Golden Temple’ – The most divine shrine of the Sikhism, followed by
  • Jallianwala Bagh – memorial to one of the most tragic and darkest chapters in the history of India, the Jallianwala Baug Massacre.
  • Later proceed to Attari - Wagah Border to witness the prestigious & awe-inspiring ‘Lowering of the Flags’ ceremony on the India-Pakistan border.
  • At evening you can experience the authentic Punjabi culture, cuisine and village life at Sadda Pind and try your hand on some of the traditional Punjabi arts like fulkari and paranda making.

  • Today proceed to Chandigarh after breakfast; one of the well planned city of India.
  • On arrival check into hotel and relax.
  • Explore the city as you visit Sukhna Lake and
  • Rock Garden – a sculpture garden completely built from industrial waste, scraps, and home waste and thrown-away items

  • After breakfast check out from hotel, Continue your journey to Shimla today; once the summer capital of British India.
  • On the way, visit Pinjore Gardens at Chandigarh - famous for its Mughal Gardens architectural style and famous all over the world for its well-maintained greenery, refreshing fountains and mesmerising water bodies.
  • Enjoy your time here and then proceed to Shimla.
  • On arrival check into hotel and rest of the day is yours at leisure.

  • Let’s explore Shimla today! Post Breakfast visit Kufri, also known as the winter sports capital of Shimla.
  • Take a walk in calm and serene ambience around.
  • Later visit Jakhoo Temple, the amazing setting of Jakhoo Temple in the thick of beautiful Deodar trees is complemented with an abundant monkey population in and around the Jakhoo Hill area.   
  • Later, stroll through the famous Mall Road of Shimla and Shimla Church in the evening.

  • After breakfast, It’s time to get ready for your return journey as you will head to Chandigarh
  • On arrival you will transfer to airport/railway station, Here your memorable tour ends with Happy Memories…..

Cancellation Policy & Payment Terms

Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellation charges will be calculated on gross tour cost and the cancellation charges shall depend on date of departure and date of cancellation
  • Cancellation charges for any type of transport ticket are applicable as per the rules of the concerned authority.
  • Air tickets issued on special fares are NON REFUNDABLE and Guest shall bear cancellation charges.
  • Any refund payable to the Guest will be paid after the Company receives refund from the respective authorities. The company deducts processing charges from the refund to be paid to the Guest by company issued cheque.
  • The standard cancellation charges are stated as below:
When a cancellation is made Cancellation charges (Domestic & Overseas)
After Tour Confirmation 10% or INR 2,000 whichever is higher
45 days or more prior to the departure of the Tour or for 'non-payment' of the Balance amount 50% of the tour amount
44 to 16 days prior to the departure of the Tour 75% of the tour amount
15 to 08 day prior to the departure of the Tour 90% of the tour amount
07 day prior to the departure of the Tour or in case you are a "No Show" on Tour Cost 100% of the tour amount

In case of non-payment of the full tour cost or above mentioned cost before seven days of the departure, Duri Holidays reserves the right to cancel the tour imposing cancellation charges for the same.
