Itinerary

Welcome to Mandalay, the former royal capital of Myanmar and second largest city.

On arrival check in to hotel and freshen up.

Then we will proceed to Amarapura to see Mahagandayon monastery, home to more than a thousand young monks and renowned as a centre for monastic study and strict religious discipline.

Later head to Sagaing city, the spiritual hub of Myanmar and visit U Min Thonze Temple with its impressive Buddha statues and Soon Oo Pon Nya Shin Pagoda, built in 14th century.

At the end proceed to Mandalay.

En-route visit U Bein Bridge, which was built in 1782 across Taungthaman Lake and is said to be the longest teakwood bridge worldwide. Enjoy the scenic sunset and atmosphere as u observe life of locals.

Today proceed to jetty to take ferry upstream Irrawaddy River to Mingun, an ancient riverside town.

Our first stop in Mingun is the world’s largest unfinished Pahtodawgyi Pagoda. Though unfinished, it attracts many with its construction in inscription stone.

Then see the Mingun Bell which has a weight of 90 tonsand believed to be the largest uncracked bell in the world.

Take a walk to visit Hsinbyume Pagoda, a beautifully white-washed compound.

Then take a boat to return to Mandalay and visit Kuthodaw pagoda, known as “The World’s Biggest Book”with great collection of well-preserved 729 marble slabs inscribed with Buddhist teachings.

Then take a stop at Shweinbin Monastery to witness impressive wood carving architecture as well as daily life routines of local monks.

At evening we will drive up to Yankin Hill which provides excellent panoramic views from summit and enjoy the scenic sunset from top.

Continue your journey to Bagan after breakfast.

On arrival check into hotel and freshen up.

After lunch we will visit Shwezigon Pagoda, the first gold pagoda built in Burma enshrining Gautama Buddha's relics and it glimmers in the sun.

Rest of the time is yours at leisure. Then visit Gubyaukgyi temple, built in 12th century and its architecture shows Indian influence. The pagoda is famous for its exquisite mural paintings which tells the stories of Buddha’s previous lives.

At the end indulge in shopping at Nyaung Oo Market and observe the daily life of locals.

Today after breakfast explore the beauty of Bagan.

Visit Ananda Temple, architectural master pieceand Oak – Kyaung monastery decorated with multi-colour mural paintings. and its architectural style shows the influence of Mon and North Indian influence.

Later pay a visit to Htilominlo Temple, a large majestic structure towering 46 meters high built in between 12th and 13th century.

Then pay a visit to local workshop producing Bagan’s most famous products - lacquer ware and wood crafts.

Get a chance to experience the magical method and buy souvenirs.

Catch a flight today to He Hoe as we will head to the iconic location of Myanmar, picturesque Inle Lake; famous for its floating villages and gardens and the unique way of life of the local Intha people. Take a boat ride in Inle Lake to see the marvellous life of people.

En-route to Inle Lake, visit paper umbrella workshop and witness how beautifullt the locals the amazing handicrafts.

Pay a visit to Shwe Yan Pyay Monastery which was constructed completely from teak wood.

At the end visit Phaung Daw Oo Pagoda where houses the five Buddha images. These images are covered with gold in order to make visitors not be able to see the original form.

It’s time to get ready for your return journey.

After breakfast, you will be transferred to He Hoe domestic airport to take flight to Mandalay.

From Mandalay you will catch flight to your destination.

Cancellation Policy & Payment Terms
Things to consider before the trip!

Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellation charges will be calculated on gross tour cost and the cancellation charges shall depend on date of departure and date of cancellation
  • Cancellation charges for any type of transport ticket are applicable as per the rules of the concerned authority.
  • Air tickets issued on special fares are NON REFUNDABLE and Guest shall bear cancellation charges.
  • Any refund payable to the Guest will be paid after the Company receives refund from the respective authorities. The company deducts processing charges from the refund to be paid to the Guest by company issued cheque.
  • The standard cancellation charges are stated as below:

After Tour Confirmation 10% or INR 2,000 whichever is higher
45 days or more prior to the departure of the Tour or for 'non-payment' of the Balance amount 50% of the tour amount
44 to 16 days prior to the departure of the Tour 75% of the tour amount
15 to 08 day prior to the departure of the Tour 90% of the tour amount
07 day prior to the departure of the Tour or in case you are a "No Show" on Tour Cost 100% of the tour amount
