25-30Day 1: Jaipur
Welcome to Jaipur, ‘The Pink City’ and the city that has preserved the royal heritage till date.
On arrival, check into hotel and relax.
Later proceed for a Photo stop at beautiful Patrika Gate. The gate is beautifully carved with vibrant colors which makes images here Instagram worthy.
Later visit Albert Hall, which showcases much kind of artifacts, antiques, weapons used in war. It also showcases the only ‘Mummy’ in India.
Day 2: Jaipur – Jaisalmer
Let’s explore the beauty of Jaipur today. Visit
Jantar Mantar: open air astronomical observatory which has collection of astronomical instruments. It also houses the largest Sundial.
Hawa Mahal: also called (Palace of winds) five stories high and is decorated with delicate screens carved from stone, which allowed royal ladies to view the city and bazaar from there without being seen.
City Palace - A delightful blend of Mughal and traditional Rajasthani architecture.
After this, proceed to visit a grand Amer Fort, an architectural masterpiece built in 16th century by Raja Mansingh.
On route back see the beautiful Jal Mahal.
At evening you can visit Chokhi Dhani and witness the liveliness of Jaipur's celebrations.
And later proceed to Jaisalmer.
Day 3: Jaisalmer
Welcome to Jaisalmer, ‘The Golden City’ and pearl in the crown of Thar Desert.
On arrival, check into camp and relax.
Then proceed to visit Thar Desert - It is the world's 17th largest desert, and the world's 9th largest subtropical desert.
Enjoy Desert safari on camel & Jeep in desert.
Experience the serene sunset with a cold air flowing by.
At evening enjoy Rajasthani Folk dance show and taste some lip smacking Rajasthani delicacies.
Day 4: Jaisalmer – Jodhpur (Distance - 290 Km)
Today after breakfast, check out from camp and explore the ‘Golden City’ as it is fondly known because of its bounteous golden dunes and castles clad in golden honey sandstone.
Visit Jaisalmer Fort, built in 1156 and constructed in the classic style of the royals by local craftsmen. Also it is one of the living forts in the world.
Later visit Patwo ki Haveli, among the largest and the most elaborately carved havelis in Jaisalmer, this five-storey structure sits proudly in a narrow street.
Then spend the time at leisure at pristine Gadisar Lake.
You can enjoy boating in the lake.
Later procced to Jodhpur. Enroute visit War Museum which displays the weapons and equipment used in war.
Day 5: Jodhpur
Let’s explore ‘Blue City’ as it is fondly known today.
Visit Mehrangarh fort, rising perpendicular and impregnable from a hill which is 125 metres and dominates the skyline.
Later visit Jaswant Thada, built towards the end of the 19th century as a tribute to the leader Jaswant Singh. The beautiful edifice is made out of intricately carved marble that is offset vibrantly against the red steps that lead up to the entrance.
At the end of the day, visit Ghanta Ghar, Jodhpur people’s favorite shopping destination.
You can explore and buy souvenirs for your loved ones.
