20Day 1: Jabalpur
Welcome to Jabalpur, an ancient city and “The Land of Glittering Marble Rocks”.
On arrival, check into hotel and after lunch; proceed to see the mighty Dhuandhar falls, plunging beautifully from a height of 98 feet.
Then enjoy a scenic boat ride to Bhedaghat and see the marvellous marble rocks.
At evening take blessings at Chausath Yogini Temple, built in the 10th century during the Kalachuri dynasty.
The temple has exactly 64 carved figures of Yoginis, each one in her own designated shrine, skirting the inner wall of the circular premises of the temple.
Day 2: Jabalpur - Kanha National Park (Distance - 130 Km)
Today, after breakfast, visit Madan Mahal Fort. Built by the Gond ruler, Raja Madan Shah in the year 1116 AD, this fort dominates the skyline and provides a panoramic view of the town and also exemplifies the city’s architectural heritage.
On the way see the nature’s wonder, a Balancing Rock formations which is the result of volcanic eruptions.
After lunch continue your journey to the jungles of Kanha.
Check into hotel and enjoy Tribal Dance Show and Camp fire later in the evening.
Day 3: Kanha National Park – Jabalpur – Pachmarhi
Today Early Morning, enjoy the jungle safari in Kanha National Park home to Tiger, Jackal and wild pigs and experience the serene ambience of the jungle with sweet chirpings of birds. Try the luck to spot the tiger in its natural habitat.
After visit proceed to Jabalpur by road.
Later we will proceed to Pachmarhi by train
Day 4: Pachmarhi
Welcome to Pachmarhi, known as “The Queen Satpura Range”, is a part of UNESCO Biosphere Reserve. Explore the beautiful hill station today.
Visit Pandava Caves the five Pandav brothers, along with their wife Draupadi, spent a part of their exile here.
After that visit pristine Bee fall, the water fall is surrounded by dense forest and with beautiful and awe-striking scenario which beautify the sight even more.
Leter proceed to visit Handi Khoh, a 300 feet high precipice in the middle of a dense forest.
At the end of the day stopover at Dhoogarh which is a highest point in Satpura range and perfect place to see marvellous sunset.
Day 5: Pachmarhi - Pipariya (Distance - 55 Km)
After Breakfast, we will visit the two holy places. Start with Jata Shankar Temple, it is believed to be the place where Lord Shiva concealed himself from the wrath of Bhasmasura.
Then visit Bada Mahadev temple, situated in the rugged nature and believed to be the place where Lord Vishnu killed Bhasmasura.
With these sights we will proceed to Pipariya for return jorney.
