20Day 1: Hubli - Badami (Distance – 110 km)
- Welcome to hubli and proceed directly to Badami. Visit Badami cave temple and caves, considered an example of Badami Chalukya architecture and dates from the 6th century.
- Then visit Bhutanatha temple and then Banashankari Temple which is dedicated to Shakambhari Mata built in 7th century by Chalukya kings.
Day 2: Badami - Pattadakal (Distance – 20 km)
- After breakfast, proceed to Hampi via Pattadakal. Pattadakal boasts a rich legacy that dates back to the 4th century.
- We will explore famous group of monuments which is ancient ruins of temples. We will visit Jain Temple, made following the Dravidian architectural style and has various beautiful and intricate sculptures.
- We will explore the Dravidian and Nagara style of architectures visiting the temples with beautiful carvings and depictions of Ramayana and Mahabharata.
- Later proceed to Durga temple, which is unique and graceful with the apsidal corridor along the circumference of the core of the shrine.
Day 3: Pattadakal - Hampi (Distance – 135 km)
- Continue your journey to Hampi today. On arrival check into hotel and after lunch visit Virupaksha Temple, also known as the Pampapathi temple, built in 7th Century.
- Then we will seek blessings at Sasivekalu Temple which has a gigantic monolithic statue of Lord Ganesha of over 8 feet.
- Other interesting sites are Bada Shivlinga and Laxmi Narsimha Temple. At last we will explore the riverside ruins of the bygone era.
Day 4: Hampi – Hubli - Back to Hometown (Distance – 160 km)
Explore the famous monuments and temples in Hampi, ancient and one with splendid architecture.
We will visit group of monuments that includes Lotus Mahal named so as it looks like a lotus in bloom.
Then see the lovely bas relics and panels depicting the story of the epic Ramayana at the Hazara Rama Temple.
Also seek blessings at Vijaya Vitthala Temple, the famous stone chariot which became an iconic symbol of the architecture of Hampi.
We will proceed for return journey as your memorable tour ends with Happy Memory…
