Itinerary

  • Welcome to Amritsar - the spiritual and cultural centre of the Sikh religion.
  • Begin your exploration of this Holy City, by visiting Harmandir Sahib, very popularly known as the ‘Golden Temple’ – The most divine shrine of the Sikhism, followed by
  • Jallianwala Bagh – memorial to one of the most tragic and darkest chapters in the history of India, the Jallianwala Baug Massacre.
  • Later we proceed to Attari - Wagah Border to witness the prestigious & awe-inspiring ‘Lowering of the Flags’ ceremony on the India-Pakistan border.
  • At evening you can experience the authentic Punjabi culture, cuisine and village life at Sadda Pind and try your hand on some of the traditional Punjabi arts like fulkari and paranda making.

  • Today after breakfast checkout from hotel, you set out on our wonderful journey towards Dalhousie - A hill station located on the western edge of the Dhauladhar mountain ranges of Himalayas and surrounded by snow-capped peaks.
  • On arrival check into hotel and relax.
  • Later visit Rang Mahal, an 18th century palace and perfect blend of British and Mughal architecture

  • Today, your exploration of the beautiful town of Dalhousie begins with a visit to the Ajit Singh Smarak at Panchpula, followed by a visit to the ‘Mini Switzerland of India’ – Khajjiar.
  • Here you can enjoy the adventure sports like zorbing, paragliding, etc. by yourself. Further, seek blessings at Laxmi Narayan Temple and enjoy the wonderful vistas of Ravi River and Chamera Dam.
  • En route to Chamba, you have a chance to view the Mani Mahesh mountain range, popularly known as Mini Kailash (subject to weather conditions) – considered to be the abode of Lord Shiva.

  • Continue your journey to Dharamshala, formerly known as Bhagsu and housing the residence of His Holiness, The Dalai Lama.
  • On arrival visit St John in the wilderness, a neo-gothic church was built in 1852 and is one of the most important churches in Himachal Pradesh.
  • Also visit Tibet Museum which has a collection of brilliant forms of Tibetan Art, which include history documents, pottery, handicrafts, paintings etc.
  • At evening visit Dal Lake, famous for serene nature around

  • Explore the beautiful city of Dharamshala. Visit Dalai Lama Monastery, Bhagsunag Temple and Dharamshala Cricket Stadium (subject to operation).
  • Dharamshala Cricket Stadium is one of the most attractive cricket stadiums in India, by virtue of its natural backdrop of snow-capped mountains and lush green hills.
  • At the end enjoy shopping at the Mcleodganj Bazaar and buy souvenirs for your loved ones.

  • Today after breakfast, you will proceed to Amritsar for return journey
  • Here your tour ends with happy memories.....

Cancellation Policy & Payment Terms

Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellation charges will be calculated on gross tour cost and the cancellation charges shall depend on date of departure and date of cancellation
  • Cancellation charges for any type of transport ticket are applicable as per the rules of the concerned authority.
  • Air tickets issued on special fares are NON REFUNDABLE and Guest shall bear cancellation charges.
  • Any refund payable to the Guest will be paid after the Company receives refund from the respective authorities. The company deducts processing charges from the refund to be paid to the Guest by company issued cheque.
  • The standard cancellation charges are stated as below:

After Tour Confirmation 10% or INR 2,000 whichever is higher
45 days or more prior to the departure of the Tour or for 'non-payment' of the Balance amount 50% of the tour amount
44 to 16 days prior to the departure of the Tour 75% of the tour amount
15 to 08 day prior to the departure of the Tour 90% of the tour amount
07 day prior to the departure of the Tour or in case you are a "No Show" on Tour Cost 100% of the tour amount

In case of non-payment of the full tour cost or above mentioned cost before seven days of the departure, Duri Holidays reserves the right to cancel the tour imposing cancellation charges for the same.
